The kitchen is headed by Chef André Gustavo Buzo who has extensive experience in the industry, having worked as a chef in one of the best vegan restaurants in São Paulo, as well as other important specialized kitchens.

In his gastronomic menu, press the Gourmet Veg by taste, refinement and quality, so it uses organic products and integrals in the preparation of dishes. The Chef has two menus that vary during the weeks of the month. Every two months there are changes, always bringing new stuff to please the palates of customers, appreciating the taste and variety.
